A booking-engine audit for your hotel
Horizonvivo audits the booking engine of independent hotels in the Valencian Community and on the Costa Blanca: we check that every service you offer can be booked and paid for online, with a visible price and without the guest having to call. It is one of the places where the most direct bookings slip away.

In detail
How we review it
We walk the full booking path the way a guest would: from finding a service —a room, a day pass, an extra— to trying to confirm it. We note every point where the process stalls: a product described with no "Book" button, a price that never appears, a form that forces a phone call, a step that takes too long or breaks on mobile.
In a real hotel in the area we found a "day pass" that was perfectly described, but with no price and no way to buy it on the site: you had to call. Every guest who does not call is a lost booking that never even shows up in the statistics. That is exactly the kind of silent leak we look for.
We do not replace your system. We work on the one you already have —your PMS, your engine, your integrations— and point out the concrete changes that close the leak. They are usually changes of weeks, not half-year projects.
| Aspect | Full online booking | "Call us" only |
|---|---|---|
| Visible price | Yes, before deciding | No, you must ask |
| Outside office hours | Still bookable | Booking is lost |
| Foreign guest | Books with no language barrier | Avoids the call |
| Gets recorded | Yes, measurable | The loss is invisible |
FAQ
What people usually ask
Do we need to change our booking engine?
Almost never. Most leaks are fixed by configuring the engine you already have: making a product visible, adding a price, enabling a payment step. We only suggest changing if the current system genuinely prevents it.
Do you also review the day pass and extras, not just rooms?
Yes. The leak is often right there: the spa, the day pass, parking or late check-out, which are described but cannot be booked online. That is direct revenue left on the table.
Do you test the process on mobile?
Yes. Many bookings start on mobile, and that is where long forms or slow steps break most. We walk it on mobile and on desktop.
Do you have to make a real booking to audit it?
In the first diagnostic we walk the process without completing payment. If the full payment flow later needs validating end to end, it is done with cancelable bookings and always with your permission.
Want to see if this is happening to you?
The first diagnostic is free and with no obligation. We review it on your hotel and tell you what we find.
